This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on MorpheusQ apps in iOS and Android.
Information we collect
The app is meant only for physicians and is accessible only after the physicians are verified and granted access by Blue Resonance, LLC.
We collect your email addresses which is only used for logging in, password resets, responding to emails that you initiate, and sending notifications that you request. We do not send promotional emails.
User Data: MorpheusQ uses the the iPhone's TrueDepth camera system to create a 3 dimensional model of your face. This allows for accurate measurement of the Palpebral Fissure Length (the size of your eye opening), which is indicative of the presence or absence of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders. Camera access is required to get depth data from Apple's API's. This feature is used only when you choose to measure the eyes via the "Eyes" option in the app. The data from the scan is stored in the device only for the duration of the current session. However, we offer you the ability to store your user data using our cloud service so that you can review, retrieve or delete your data in the future. If you choose to save your data to our cloud service, you must click the "Save" button after finishing a scan. If you do not click save, the data will NOT be saved to the cloud and will be cleared after the session. We store your account name in our database for managing your account as needed. Your account name is based on the email you used to originally register your account.
If you enable notifications, we must store a token to send them. We never use notifications for marketing.
Our server software may also store basic technical information, such as your IP address, in temporary memory or logs.
